Join our corporate IT team as a Senior System Administrator specializing in Linux and cloud operations. In this high-impact role, you&rsquo;ll ensure the reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical Business and Engineering systems, including the Windchill (PLM) infrastructure, within a leading aerospace environment.
This role is hybrid, with onsite collaboration 1 day a week in our East Aurora, NY location. 

Your role will encompass:
<ul><li>Linux Administration: Maintain and optimize enterprise Linux systems, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.</li>
<li>Azure Cloud: Support and sustain cloud-based solutions, solve complex infrastructure challenges, and optimize resource utilization.</li>
<li>Windchill PLM Infrastructure Management: Oversee performance, upgrades, and support for Windchill to help engineers and business teams operate efficiently.</li>
<li>Business &amp; Engineering Systems Support: Provide end-to-end support for IT systems critical to engineering and business workflows.</li>
<li>Performance &amp; Incident Management: Analyze and resolve system issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational reliability.</li>
<li>Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support new initiatives and improve system performance.</li></ul> 

Qualifications Required:
<ul><li>US Citizenship (as required by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations - ITAR)</li>
<li>4+ years&rsquo; experience as a Linux System Administrator in a large, regulated environment</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience is preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Azure Cloud administration, including IaaS/PaaS operations and automation (Preferred: PowerShell, Azure CLI)</li>
<li>Hands-on knowledge of Windchill (PLM) infrastructure; experience with related system upgrades and integrations a plus</li>
<li>Solid understanding of IT operations supporting engineering systems (e.g., CAD/PLM tools)</li>
<li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills in large-scale IT environments</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting, scripting, and ITIL-based incident management abilities</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;confident working across IT and business functions</li></ul>

Compensation &amp; Benefits:
<ul><li>Base salary: $80,000 through $120,000, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.</li>
