We&rsquo;re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of People to lead and evolve Astronomer&rsquo;s global People function. You&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, systems, and programs that empower our teams to perform at their best and scale effectively.</p><p></p><p>

About this role:</p><p>
As a Solutions Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure, you will work with Astronomer&rsquo;s most strategic private-cloud customers to adopt and benefit from Astronomer&rsquo;s offerings for deploying and managing Apache Airflow clusters and related infrastructure. You will assist customers with installations and support of their technology stack for private-cloud installations, so they can get maximum value out of their Astronomer Investment.</p><p></p><p><b>
