You will manage content across Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat and others. This role involves content creation, UGC integration, create and execute campaigns and tracking performance to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow company presence across platforms: Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat and social media handlesStrategically plan, design, and schedule engaging content for social media including Stories, Reels, Hashtag usage, and InstagridFocus on organic content creationAnalyze performance metrics and report weekly social engagement, reach, and trendsCollaborate with the content team to write compelling copy, captions, and content for social mediaSource and integrate UGC (User Generated Content) into campaigns to build trust and authenticityStay updated with evolving trends, hashtags, meme culture, and platform-specific engagement strategiesPreferred SkillsGood knowledge of Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn strategies and communities.Strong understanding of Reels algorithms and organic growth techniquesHands-on experience or understanding of UGC content curation and repurposingProficient in Content Writing &ndash; able to write captions, posts, and user-focused contentCreative eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and interactive formatsBasic understanding of social media analytics (reach, impressions, engagement)QualificationsPursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related fieldHands-on experience with social media content creation (academic or personal projects acceptable)Good communication and inter-personal skillsPassion for organic digital marketing and online trendsJob Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;14,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to commute/relocate to gurugram , haryana?</li><li>Did you work on instagram , linkedin or any other social media platform?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
