<div>aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based in the US Midwest and requires previous experience in sales and business development. Experience working in nursing homes or long-term care facilities is preferred.

Base salary plus commission

Shift: Monday - Friday 


Qualifications:
<ul><li> Previous experience in sales and business development in the long-term care industry</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong communication and time management skills, ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li></ul> 


Responsibilities:
<ul><li> Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients</li></ul>
<ul><li> Cold call potential customer leads and coordinate sales efforts with team members</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develop and maintain client relationships</li></ul>
<ul><li> Attend trade show conferences as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li> Gather useful information from customer and competitor data</li></ul>
<ul><li> Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives</li></ul>
<ul><li> Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships</li></ul>
<ul><li> Drive the end-to-end sales process</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prepare and submit sales contracts</li></ul>
<ul><li> Continuously improve service and performance through feedback</li></ul>
