Job Summary:
The Zone Manager (ZM) position is accountable for all visual merchandising and conditioning aspects of the business at the store level and executes the Company&rsquo;s business objectives, ensures customer satisfaction, and maximizes sales. Key Roles and Responsibilities

</li><li>The ZM oversees Task Management by planning, directing and scheduling team members for their shifts and tasks on a daily and weekly basis and validating completion of all tasks in a timely manner. The ZM adjusts the schedule as needed based on operational needs/objectives.
