Job Summary: 
The Store Operations Specialist (SOS) leads and trains teams in performing all freight functions, including unloading, processing, stocking, and resets. 
Key Roles and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Provides customers a positive shopping experience.
</li><li>Performs cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy.
</li><li>Maintains 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Systematic cleanup, Standardize and Sustain) in receiving.
</li><li>Leads team in performing all freight functions including stocking and resets. Ensures Specialists are focused first in their specialized areas.
</li><li>Unload, process, and stock freight to correct location, following merchandising guidelines.
</li><li>Timely and thorough incident reporting compliance.
</li><li>Performs store recovery tasks and housekeeping (inside and out) as required during stocking efforts.
</li><li>Performs and trains team on store freight processing and merchandising responsibilities
</li><li>Operates all equipment in a safe manner per directed procedures.
</li><li>Ensures a safe working and shopping environment while minimizing shrink and damages.
</li><li>Execute company directives, policies and procedures timely, accurately, and thoroughly.
</li><li>Open Availability (require nights, weekends and holidays) 
</li></ul><div></div>Qualifications and Competencies:
<ul><li>At least 18 years old
</li><li>High School Diploma/Equivalent
</li><li>Background Check will be completed.
</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holiday
</li><li>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., team lift 100 lbs.

Store Operations Specialist

<div>The Sr. Front End Developer will be responsible for the design and development of front-end features in current and future products and content updates via CMS. They will work marketing and I.T. to implement a consistent content style guide and processes, design &amp; build customer-facing A/B tests and small applications that make teams more efficient. Strong development experience with multiple programming languages and an enjoyment of learning new technologies is a must.
Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>A deep proficiency in front-end web development and comprehensive knowledge of technologies like JavaScript, CSS and JQuery
</li><li>Create well designed and efficient HTML/CSS/JS, determine technical requirements, and solve code problems
</li><li>Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups/wireframes into usable web pages with regards to SEO, and usability and accessibility best practices
</li><li>Work within existing code and CMS platform to build out pages and make edits to existing pages with supplied content
</li><li>Ensure high quality UI/UX standards and brand consistency
</li><li>Collaborate with the UX and Analytics team on A/B test setup and goals
</li><li>Partner with Marketing and leadership to manage multiple bodies of work and align against business goals and audience
</li><li>Optimize applications for responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility and performance
</li><li>Recommend modifications to processes and procedures, and contributing to best practices
</li><li>Documenting, testing and ongoing support of customer-facing content and functionality
</li><li>Collaborate with strategy team, back-end developers
</li><li>Building small, internal applications that are testable, maintainable, extensible and highly efficient
</li><li>Designing and implementing customer-facing features and functionality
</li><li>Promoting and soliciting ideas within project teams; may lead to certain elements of projects
</li><li>Maintain expertise in existing tools as well as new tools and technologies being developed
</li><li>Stay up to date on emerging technologies
</li><li>Other duties as assigned
</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Competencies:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
</li><li>5+ years of experience coding in HTML, CSS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of software engineering processes, tools, methods and support
</li><li>Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting cross-browser and cross-platform issues
</li><li>Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar e-commerce platforms
</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement a focused plan
</li><li>Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive decision making process
</li><li>Self-starter with strong attention to detail who can manage multiple projects simultaneously

Sr Front-End Web Developer

<div>Job Summary- Copywriter
The Copywriter is responsible for bringing our brand story and the assortment to life through email, website, social and catalog channels. They will create and edit creative based on conceptual work from agency partners and the content team. Deliverables are primarily email, social, web and digital, with some direct mail as needed. 
WHAT YOU DO:
<ul><li>Integrate feedback and deadlines for multiple projects and deliver with precision and timeliness.
</li><li>Create and edit existing creative based on briefs and needs of the channel team.
</li><li>Support the CRM team in versioning &amp; editing emails, SMS and digital couponing.
</li><li>Support the website team in creating copy for various pages and initiatives.
</li><li>Support the Media team with direct mail with all copy needs, copy changes, and other needs.
</li><li>Support the social media team with post creative as needed.
</li><li>Support the loyalty team with program needs for all channels.
</li><li>Must be able to take a job from concept through final production.
</li><li>Communicate clearly within project teams.

<ul><li>5-7 years of related experience as a Copy Writer with retail / digital focus.
</li><li>Either in house or in an agency experience with a retail brand.
</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment.
</li><li>Ability to adhere to and evolve the brand identity.
</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects while still producing high-quality work.
</li><li>Strong Communication skills at all levels.
</li><li>Ability to multitask &amp; extremely organized with attention to detail.
</li><li>SEO driven copy experience for web and email experience a plus.
