</b></p><p>The Retail Purchase Order Coordinator in Merchandise Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless processing and management of purchase orders for the retail business. This position focuses on processing new Purchase Orders (POs), managing cancellations, and making changes to existing POs as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to efficiently manage and troubleshoot any issues related to order.<br>
</p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
</b></p><ul><li><div><b>Purchase Order Processing:
</b></div><ul><li><div>Accurately process new Purchase Orders for merchandise, ensuring correct quantities, prices, and delivery dates.
</div></li><li><div>Ensure POs are aligned with inventory needs and forecast requirements submitted by the Merchandise Planning and Buying organizations.
</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>Purchase Order Management:
</b></div><ul><li><div>Make necessary amendments to Purchase Orders (e.g., changes in quantity, delivery dates, or pricing) in response to business needs or product partner communications.
</div></li><li><div>Collaborate with the buying, sourcing &amp; planning teams, and product partners to implement PO changes promptly.
</div></li><li><div>Handle and process cancellations of Purchase Orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication with product partners and internal teams.
</div></li><li><div>Ensure accurate updates in the system to reflect all changes and cancellations.
</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>Communication:
</b></div><ul><li><div>Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams (e.g., buying, merchandise planning, sourcing, and supply chain) regarding PO status, cancellations, and changes.
</div></li><li><div>Work with product partners to resolve discrepancies or issues related to POs.
</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>Documentation &amp; Reporting:
</b></div><ul><li><div>Maintain accurate records of all Purchase Orders, cancellations, and changes in the system.
</div></li><li><div>Generate and review regular reports to track the status of POs and ensure compliance with deadlines and company standards.
</div></li><li><div>Act as a point of contact for internal teams or product partners in case of any issues or questions regarding order status or modifications.<br>
</div></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS
</b></p><ul><li><div>High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business , Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience is considered.
</div></li><li><div>1 - 3 years&rsquo; experience in retail operations, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a corporate environment.
</div></li><li><div>Experience with Purchase Order systems or related software is preferred.
</div></li><li><div>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
</div></li><li><div>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
</div></li><li><div>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues.
</div></li><li><div>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
</div></li><li><div>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
</div></li><li><div>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

<div><p>The Production Designer supports the Sr. Production Manager, with a strong focus on the customer experience in our fast-growing fleet of stores, and ecommerce platform. They are a digital design expert working with the entire creative and project management team to produce customer facing marketing materials across multiple channels. Key roles and responsibilities include:<br>
</p><p></p><p><b>CREATIVE PRODUCTION
</b></p><ul><li><p>Is a key production design and creative resource providing support as needed for print, email, website, social, HTML5, digital advertising, store signage and media projects for a $50+ million marketing spend.
</p></li><li><p>Build print ready mechanicals, processing data for inputs (Mail Merge &ndash; Photoshop/ Data Merge &ndash; InDesign)
</p></li><li><p>Helps manage workflow and creative production for the entire creative department, including the studio and outside agency teams.
</p></li><li><p>Works with the most advanced digital automation and AI tools to expedite creation, versioning and refinement of creative assets.
</p></li><li><p>Receives job requests from Sr. Production Manager, project managers, merchandising inputs and requirements and interprets and produces leveraging internal and external resources as needed.
</p></li><li><p>Manages standards, process, versioning, delivery and distribution for finished projects.
</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoots and provides innovative solutions to production inefficiencies to ensure that all work is high quality and that the process is always improving.
</p></li><li><p>Collect, preflight and final files for delivery.
</p></li><li><p>Advises outside and inside resources and is the technical resource and go-to for the entire department.<br>
</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>ASSET MANAGEMENT
</b></p><ul><li><p>Efficiently manages the delivery and execution of the content created via a $1+ million-dollar production budget.
</p></li><li><p>Manages files, metadata and delivery for 1000&rsquo;s of photos and videos to support digital, catalog, online, print, TV, social and media needs.
</p></li><li><p>Manages photo studio retouching, planning, on set production, digital tech, file management and other roles as needed.
</p></li><li><p>Manages the outputs of product turn-in, shot lists and the asset master lists for shoots and ensures that the information is managed efficiently.
</p></li><li><p>Ensures the organization&rsquo;s content is organized and executed to accomplish the goals of business across all activities and channels.
</p></li><li><p>Manages the post-production, delivery, organization and execution of creative including photography influencer content and social media assets.
</p></li><li><p>Assists in the management of digital asset management (DAM) systems, naming conventions, standards and processes to continue to support the teams&rsquo; needs.<br>
</p><p></p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS
</b></p></li><li><p>Industry experience in print production
</p></li><li><p>Near-expert level of understanding with the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma and Acrobat.
</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro and Animate
</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
</p></li><li><p>Bonus points for working knowledge of JavaScript, AppleScript, Python, HTML5
</p></li><li><p>Experience in a digital space &ndash; web, email, organic social and paid media
</p></li><li><p>Experience in prompting AI tools such as Chat GPT, Midjourney and Firefly
</p></li><li><p>Experience with digital automation and versioning tools
</p></li><li><p>Experience in processing print files for press (preflight, QC, etc.)
</p></li><li><p>Experience in working with die lines in print
</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of image formats, file compression, and optimization
