Main areas of responsibility</h3>
Customer Experience Standards &amp; Frameworks<ul>
<li>
Define and implement consistent processes, templates, and governance models for customer onboarding, service delivery, and account management.</li>
<li>
Develop and maintain customer service standards and quality benchmarks aligned with company strategy and best practices.</li>
<li>
Ensure processes are clearly documented, controlled, and easily accessible across teams.</li>
</ul>
Performance and Quality Measurement<ul>
<li>
Design and maintain the performance measurement framework for customer success, including KPIs, SLAs, and satisfaction metrics.</li>
<li>
Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and performance gaps.</li>
<li>
Partner with the Service Performance &amp; Analytics Lead to ensure reporting is accurate, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.</li>
</ul>
Continuous Improvement &amp; Enablement<ul>
<li>
Lead improvement initiatives and workshops across Customer Service, Implementation, and Operations.</li>
<li>
Develop and roll out standard operating procedures, training materials, and playbooks.</li>
<li>
Support audit readiness and consistent adherence to internal standards across regions.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul>
<li>
Partner with IT, Operations, and Finance to align systems and workflows that support a seamless customer experience.</li>
<li>
Collaborate with the Customer Service Program Manager and Director of Service Delivery to align improvement programs and business goals.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
About you</h3><ul>
<li>
5+ years of experience in service quality, process improvement, or customer success within data center, IT, or enterprise infrastructure sectors.</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO 9001 principles).</li>
<li>
Proven experience in building or optimizing processes within customer-facing or technical environments.</li>
<li>
Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into improvement actions.</li>
<li>
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and process validation.</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>
Skilled at driving adoption of new processes, standards, and best practices.</li>
<li>
Proven success in designing and deploying operational frameworks for service delivery.</li>
<li>
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ITIL, or other service management systems.</li>
<li>
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.</li>

Customer Success Quality Manager

Purpose of the Role</h3>
The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for delivering reliable and compliant commissioning (Cx) support on data center projects in Iceland. Working closely with the atNorth Commissioning Manager, this role ensures that commissioning activities adhere to the company&rsquo;s standards and processes, as defined in the atNorth Commissioning Manual.
The position combines commissioning oversight with OFCI (Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed) QA/QC responsibilities and support for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Main Areas of Responsibility</h3><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Commissioning</h4><ul>
<li>
Report to the atNorth Commissioning Manager (CxM) and flag any potential issues to the CxM and Delivery team.</li>
<li>
Review design documentation and technical submittals to understand project scope and requirements.</li>
<li>
Ensure all stakeholders follow atNorth&rsquo;s Commissioning Manual and test script procedures.</li>
<li>
Attend and contribute to all commissioning meetings.</li>
<li>
Support the development of atNorth&rsquo;s ACC test script library as directed by the Cx Manager.</li>
<li>
Collaborate with the Commissioning Authority (CxA) throughout the project.</li>
<li>
Review and sign off on L2/L3 test scripts, in alignment with the CxA scope agreement.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
OFCI Vendor Oversight</h4><ul>
<li>
Attend Factory Witness Tests (FWT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) conducted in Iceland.</li>
<li>
Conduct equipment delivery inspections and witness assembly and Red Tag testing.</li>
<li>
Perform Yellow Tag inspections and First-of-a-Kind testing.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Support</h4><ul>
<li>
Oversee use of the ACC platform to ensure compliance with atNorth&rsquo;s ACC Manual.</li>
<li>
Raise and manage issues within ACC.</li>
<li>
Support asset and system creation in coordination with the Commissioning Manager.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Project Delivery Support</h4><ul>
<li>
Review the general contractor&rsquo;s commissioning, energisation, and load banking plans.</li>
<li>
Track and review commissioning schedules, including Red, Yellow, and Green tag milestones.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
About you:</h3><ul><li> 
Strong computer literacy: Microsoft 365 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.</li>
<li>
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical design drawings.</li>
<li>
Understanding of construction processes and best-practice quality standards.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Applicants with HVAC or electrical certifications require a minimum of 5 years of experience.</li>
<li>
At least 3 years of experience in construction and/or commissioning.</li>
<li>
Good understanding of controls and monitoring systems.</li>
<li>
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Icelandic being a strong merit.</li>
<li>
