We are Hiring a Performance Marketing Data AnalystAbout the jobAre you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? ATNR is looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you&rsquo;ll be at the forefront of analysing digital campaign performance across multiple platforms, optimising strategies, and driving growth for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, analyse, and optimise digital campaign performance across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. Collaborate closely with the performance team to optimise campaigns based on real-time data insights. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Track and interpret key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate to ensure campaign success. Share real-time insights with the team to help refine targeting, creatives, and budget allocation, driving better outcomes. Apply a strong understanding of attribution models to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.Whom We&rsquo;re Looking For:1-2 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts). Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads. Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.Must Have:Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
