<ul><li>High school graduate or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years experience in a business setting</li>
<li>Speak, read, write, and comprehend English</li>
<li>Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs and Google Workspace</li>

<ul><li>Answering incoming phone calls with confidence, clarity, and empathy</li>
<li>Greeting guests, candidates, and employees when visiting the office.</li>
<li>Keeping calm, organized, and positive during office hours</li>
<li>Maintaining detailed notes and timely communication of caller information.</li>
<li>Monitor supply needs and ensures availability of necessary supplies</li>
<li>Assist with orientation tasks</li>
<li>Assisting with community engagement events</li>
<li>Auditing employee training records</li>
