ATAK Interactive is looking for a GTM Marketing Strategist, a forward-thinking specialist who knows how to design and execute go-to-market systems that help our clients scale.
This role is for someone who can take a company&rsquo;s goals, market realities, and product positioning and turn them into structured marketing strategies that generate awareness, drive demand, and build revenue. You&rsquo;ll work directly with ATAK&rsquo;s clients to define their ICPs, craft messaging frameworks, build launch plans, and connect every marketing motion to measurable business outcomes.
As part of ATAK&rsquo;s Strategy team, you&rsquo;ll sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and sales enablement, helping clients operationalize growth across their marketing and sales ecosystems.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3>
Client Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul>
<li>
Serve as the lead strategist for client go-to-market initiatives, guiding them from market research to full-scale activation.
</li><li>Partner closely with C-level stakeholders to define value propositions, positioning, and buyer journeys that differentiate them in their markets.
</li><li>Translate complex business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps built for growth, visibility, and revenue alignment.
</li></ul>Go-to-Market System Design<ul>
<li>
Build and manage integrated marketing frameworks that unify content, paid media, SEO, and AI-driven channels into cohesive GTM systems.
</li><li>Help clients show up across today&rsquo;s discovery landscape - from AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot) to Google, YouTube, and social.
</li><li>Create lead generation and nurture strategies that connect marketing performance to pipeline outcomes using CRM and automation tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
</li></ul>Execution Oversight &amp; Optimization<ul>
<li>
Collaborate with ATAK&rsquo;s internal creative, content, and RevOps teams to bring campaigns to life.
</li><li>Use data and analytics to continually optimize campaign performance, audience targeting, and channel mix.
</li><li>Present insights, strategy recommendations, and quarterly GTM performance reviews to client leadership.

Requirements<ul>
<li>
5+ years of experience leading B2B marketing or go-to-market strategy in an agency or consulting environment.
</li><li>Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, ABM, performance marketing, marketing automation, and content strategy</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HubSpot and other marketing tools</li>
<li>A client-first mindset &mdash; you&rsquo;re comfortable presenting strategy, building trust, and leading C-suite conversations with confidence.</li></ul></div>
