We specialize in medium and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and truck-mounted equipment.We are looking for a dependable and organized Parts Advisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our technicians, service department, and customers by making sure the right parts are sourced, ordered, received, and ready when needed.If you have experience in automotive, heavy-duty truck, trailer, equipment, dealership, or parts counter work, we&rsquo;d like to hear from you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Assist technicians and service staff with identifying, locating, and ordering parts.</li><li>Look up parts using catalogs, vendor systems, VINs, part numbers, and equipment information.</li><li>Communicate with vendors to check pricing, availability, and delivery times.</li><li>Receive, inspect, label, stock, and organize incoming parts.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and help manage stock levels.</li><li>Process parts orders, returns, cores, warranties, and credits.</li><li>Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.</li><li>Prepare parts quotes and assist customers as needed.</li><li>Work closely with the service team to reduce delays and keep repairs moving.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Previous parts, automotive, truck, trailer, equipment, or dealership experience preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Good computer and data-entry skills.</li><li>Ability to identify parts using vendor systems, catalogs, and part numbers.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred.</li><li>Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Pay<ul><li>Pay: $18.00 &ndash; $25.00 per hour, based on experience.</li><li>2nd Shift Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.</li><li>1st Shift: 7:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM, Monday&ndash;Friday.</li><li>2nd Shift: 3:30 PM &ndash; 12:00 AM, Monday&ndash;Friday.</li><li>Full-time position with steady hours.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Company-provided uniforms, safety glasses, and hearing protection where applicable</li><li>401(k) with 10% company match on employee contributions, up to $1,000 per year</li></ul>Growth &amp; TrainingATC, Inc. supports employees who want to grow their careers.
