This role will lead people strategy and change management for ATCC and will oversee planning and execution of critical human resource functions aligned with best practices, including organizational development, talent acquisition and development, Total Rewards, employee relations, HRIS management, and learning and development.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Senior Director collaborates with Executive and Senior Leadership to ensure alignment of HR strategies and priorities with business objectives. Acting within an HR Business Partner model, this leader provides expert consultation, drives organizational effectiveness, and ensures compliance with employment regulations in a biological manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
<ul><li><b>Executive Partnership &amp; Strategy</b>: Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to establish and drive organizational goals and strategic plans, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business initiatives.</li><li><b>
HR Program Leadership</b>: Spearhead the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of full-range HR programs, employing best practices for total rewards, employee relations, organizational development, HRIS management, and compliance.</li><li><b>
HR Business Partnering</b>: Provide expert consultation to Senior Management on HR policies, programs, practices, and procedures; establish partnerships with senior business leaders to ensure seamless integration of HR strategies with business objectives.</li><li><b>
Change Management</b>: Lead and support cross-functional and organization-wide change initiatives.</li><li><b>
Team Leadership &amp; Development</b>: Guide and empower the HR team to deliver exceptional performance; mentor and coach team members while implementing learning, development, and succession planning programs.</li><li><b>
Total Rewards &amp; Compensation</b>: Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy; uphold and refine compensation programs, conduct job evaluations, and perform market benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.</li><li><b>
Operations, Culture &amp; Compliance</b>: Monitor HR budget and resource allocation; serve as internal champion of organizational culture; provide leadership on employee-related issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 18 or more years' experience, including 4+ years of supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (PhD + 11 years or Masters + 16 years).</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to operate at an enterprise level, providing strategic direction, leading complex HR programs, leading organizational change, and influencing executive stakeholders with a high degree of autonomy.</li><li>
Experience leading full-spectrum HR functions (talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, HRIS).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment compliance regulations.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage HR budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation aligned to organizational priorities.</li><li>
Experience implementing and managing total rewards strategies, including compensation structures and market benchmarking.</li><li><b>
Strongly Preferred:</b> Experience in the life sciences industry</li><li><b>
Strongly Preferred:</b> Government contracting experience</li><li><b>
Strongly Preferred: </b>HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP)</li><li><b>
Preferred:</b> Graduate degree in a related field.</li></ul>
Benefits:

The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 to $220,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
