What You'll Do:</b></h3><ul><li><div>
Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls</div></li><li><div>
Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical)</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate customer records in our database</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues</div></li><li><div>
Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians</div></li><li><div>
Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently</div></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></h3><ul><li><div>
2 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role (required)</div></li><li>
Service Titan experience (Required)</li><li>
Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical dispatch (preferred)</li><li><div>
Strong communication and problem-solving skills</div></li><li><div>
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment</div></li><li><div>
Team player with a customer-first attitude</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus</div></li></ul><div><b>
Location:</b> In Office</div><div><b><br>
Pay:</b> $18.00 &ndash; $22.00 per hour</div><div><b><br>
