We work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to deliver world-class interiors with unmatched quality.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales &amp; Marketing Representative to join our growing team.Role OverviewThe Sales &amp; Marketing Representative will be responsible for managing the showroom operations, building strong relationships with architects, designers, and clients, and ensuring smooth execution on-site for product selections and measurements. The ideal candidate should have a blend of sales acumen, marketing skills, and field execution ability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Showroom Management</li><li>Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the showroom.</li><li>Showcase furniture, finishes, and product ranges effectively.</li><li>Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and presentation standards.</li><li>Sales &amp; Client Relationship</li><li>Meet and build relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.</li><li>Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements.</li><li>Prepare and share product presentations, quotations, and proposals.</li><li>Site Visits &amp; Coordination</li><li>Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and selections.</li><li>Assist clients and designers in product selection based on site requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations and installation team for smooth execution.</li><li>Marketing Activities</li><li>Promote Atco Interiors&rsquo; products and services to target clients.</li><li>Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.</li><li>Support digital and offline marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Targets</li><li>Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.</li><li>Maintain regular MIS reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.</li><li>Provide market insights, competitor activity reports, and feedback to management.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in interiors, furniture, or building materials).</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.</li><li>Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.</li><li>Energetic, self-driven, and customer-focused personality.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Exposure to premium clientele and high-end projects.</li><li>Growth opportunities within a fast-evolving company.</li><li>A collaborative and creative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
