 What you'll be doing:
 
 
 
 As a Senior Cloud Engineer (Infrastructure), you&rsquo;ll play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting secure, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure. You&rsquo;ll combine strong technical expertise with ownership and leadership to ensure our platforms remain resilient, efficient, and customer-focused.
 
 
 In this role, you will:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using Terraform, state management, and version control to deliver consistent, automated environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and lead major incidents end-to-end, using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis to drive swift resolution while minimising customer impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively monitor and optimise platforms, identifying and resolving potential issues before they become service-affecting
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose complex technical problems across networking, compute, storage, and application layers, using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive automation and continuous improvement, enhancing platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency while reducing manual effort
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Professional Services and Engineering, Security, and Service teams to deliver resilient, secure, and compliant infrastructure solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly during high-pressure or high-impact situations
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;ll also act as a senior technical presence within the team&mdash;supporting others, contributing to best practices, and helping shape the ongoing evolution of our cloud services.

 We want to hear from you if you:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re an experienced Infrastructure or Cloud Engineer who thrives on designing and supporting secure, scalable environments across cloud and on-prem platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 You have strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and are passionate about building consistent, automated, and repeatable solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 You take full ownership of complex, high-impact incidents, leading them end-to-end with clear communication, structured troubleshooting, and meaningful root cause analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 You stay calm under pressure, confidently coordinating across teams to minimise customer impact and drive fast resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 You proactively monitor and improve environments, spotting risks early and preventing issues before they become critical
 </li>
 <li>
 You bring deep technical expertise across networking, compute, storage, and application layers, with the curiosity to dig into complex problems
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re passionate about automation and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance reliability and reduce manual effort
 </li>
 <li>
 You enjoy working collaboratively with Service, Security, and Professional Services teams to deliver resilient, compliant solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re a natural mentor who enjoys supporting and developing others while contributing to a high-performing engineering culture
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re committed to continuous learning, with a drive to build Microsoft technical specialisms and certifications
 </li>
