 We are seeking full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic care team at
 
 Plymouth Rehabilitation &amp; Health Care Center
 
 ! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and customer service to our patients and their families.
 
 
 Openings on all shifts, including an every other weekend rotation. $23 to $31 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Weekly pay.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with our established nursing care procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in planning and following current resident care plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Document accurately and completely
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet personal grooming needs for each resident
 </li>
 <li>
 Observe changes in resident conditions and report them promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean and orderly environment
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, be in the process of obtaining one, or have recently graduated from a CNA course
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma or its equivalent preferred
 </li>

 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 Worcester Rehabilitation &amp; Health Care Center, a 146-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our dynamic care team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the maintenance department to ensure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. $30 to $35 an hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Meet the maintenance needs of the facility
 </li>
 <li>
 Recognize hazards to residents or staff safety and take appropriate action to maintain a safe environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Replace, repair, and purchase items according to facility policy and procedure
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs and document accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain weather protection against cold, heat, fire, and other hazards
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise outside contractors
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve on-call for emergency and off-duty hours
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform errands and tasks as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain upkeep of exterior of building and grounds in all weather conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate and teach correct safety techniques, in accord with company policy and prior training
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or its equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity, in maintenance/plant-related position preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel
 
 
 
 </li>
