What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2><ul>
<li>Create high-quality photo and video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)</li>
<li>Capture in-store energy, food preparation, and guest experiences</li>
<li>Develop creative campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness</li>
<li>Plan and execute content calendars aligned with promotions and seasonal initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to elevate brand storytelling</li>
<li>Monitor trends and adapt content to stay culturally relevant</li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h2><ul>
<li>2+ years of content creation experience (food &amp; hospitality preferred)</li>
<li>Strong skills in short-form video editing</li>

<li>Understanding of social algorithms and engagement strategy</li>
<li>Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial energy</li>
