<ul><li>Assist our users with a wide range of potential issues, ranging from Malware Cleanup to light firewall configuration</li>
<li>Assist with VPN client configuration</li>

<ul><li>Basic Hardware and Software Troubleshooting</li>
<li>Basic Knowledge of OSX</li>

<ul><li>CompTIA A+ and Network+ are a plus</li>
<li>CompTIA A+ required after 90 days of employment</li>
<li>Microsoft certification with a focus on Office 365 required after 180 days of employment</li>
<li>Proficiency in all Microsoft mainstream products and software</li>
<li>Any other industry standard certifications</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and personal car</li>
<li>Background check and pre-employment screening</li>
<li>Possibility of onsite work when on-call</li>

IT Help Desk Engineer

Athens Micro is looking for a sharp, career-minded individual with strong Microsoft Windows experience and a desire to be a productive, long-term part of a winning team. This new team member will be responsible for supporting, and troubleshooting desktop and notebook PCs for business clients. Continuing education and active pursuit of new certifications are encouraged and rewarded. Traveling in greater Athens area is required. Advancement opportunities are excellent.
