1. Managing Accounts Receivable Process<ul><li>Supervise the entire receivables cycle &mdash; from invoicing to cash application.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices sent to clients.</li><li>Monitor outstanding customer balances and due dates.</li></ul>2. Credit Control &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Evaluate new and existing customers&rsquo; creditworthiness.</li><li>Set and enforce credit limits and payment terms.</li><li>Identify high-risk accounts and take proactive measures to reduce default risk.</li></ul>3. Collections Management<ul><li>Follow up with clients for overdue payments through calls, emails, or statements.</li><li>Develop collection strategies and negotiate payment plans when necessary.</li><li>Escalate long-pending cases for legal or management intervention.</li></ul>4. Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare regular AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and collection performance reports.</li><li>Analyze receivable trends and identify potential problem accounts.</li><li>Report key metrics such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and collection efficiency.</li></ul>5. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve disputes or billing issues.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.</li><li>Provide feedback to management about customer payment behavior.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,633.27 - &#8377;51,852.30 per monthWork Location: In person
