As the Business Development Lead &ndash; International (Minerals Division), you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in export markets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new prospective international customers.</li><li>Lead a client acquisition approach to expand the global customer base.</li><li>Oversee quality assurance management to ensure product compliance with international standards.</li><li>Coordinate with shipping agents and logistics partners for timely, cost-effective deliveries.</li><li>Manage end-to-end consignment handling including documentation and export compliance.</li><li>Build strong relationships to drive customer retention and long-term growth.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on international sales/export experience (preferably in Chromite, Iron Ore, or related minerals).</li><li>Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of international business development and coordination.</li></ul>Location: Lahore, Pakistan Salary Range: PKR 80,000 &ndash; 130,000Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
