Job Summary: Atif Brothers is looking for a results-driven Lubricant Sales Executive to focus on corporate sales of lubricants. This is a field-based role responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding large-scale clients such as businesses, universities, and offices that operate large generators. The ideal candidate will be confident in direct sales, relationship management, and delivering customized lubricant solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and target corporate clients with large generator usage (e.g., industrial units, educational institutions, commercial offices).</li><li>Conduct in-person visits to pitch lubricant solutions and close deals.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow the corporate customer base.</li><li>Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and ensure timely onboarding of new clients.</li></ul>2. Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.</li><li>Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Understand client operations and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions.</li><li>Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.</li></ul>3. Market Intelligence &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.</li><li>Provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.</li><li>Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.</li></ul>4. Internal Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for smooth service delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of visits, deals, and customer interactions.</li><li>Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer pipeline, and market feedback.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of field sales experience, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Salary:<ul><li>Lubricative incentive package amastin each liter of lube selling.</li><li>Motorcycle fuel will be provided against employees own bike for sales visits.</li><li>Lubricative Salary package will be provided.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
