Job Type: Full-time</li><li>
Pay: $28- $30 per hour</li><li>
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Night shifts, Holidays, and Weekends</li></ul>
 Job Overview
Maintenance is essential to ensuring a smoothly running hotel and delivering a great guest experience. The lead maintenance ensures all equipment is operational, conducts repairs, and performs preventive maintenance tasks to maintain guest comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Complete minor repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and patching vinyl.</li><li>
Perform preventive maintenance tasks as per the hotel's schedule.</li><li>
Ensure operational readiness of assigned equipment daily.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain efficiency of equipment and electrical systems.</li><li>
Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms as needed.</li><li>
Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical skills, and preventive maintenance.</li><li>
Ability to lift, carry, pull, or push items weighing up to 100-300 pounds.</li><li>
Physical agility: frequent standing, moving, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.</li><li>
Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.</li><li>
Previous hotel experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors.</li><li>
Organizational skills to manage maintenance tasks effectively.</li></ul>
