News and information are available at www.atkinsrealis.com or follow us on LinkedIn.Learn more about our career opportunities at: https://careers.atkinsrealis.comKey ResponsibilitiesLead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules and plans to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.Utilize advanced planning tools and methodologies, including Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar, to create and manage detailed project schedules.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Oversee and coordinate the planning activities for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.Monitor project progress and performance, providing detailed analysis and reports on schedule adherence, critical path activities, and potential risks.Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and resource constraints, implementing corrective actions as necessary.Conduct thorough project reviews and generate status reports for senior management and clients, highlighting key issues and recommending solutions.Facilitate planning meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions to ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.Ensure adherence to industry standards, company procedures, and best practices in all planning activities.Mentor and provide guidance to junior planning engineers and other team members.QualificationsBachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong background in managing large and complex projects.Mandatory work experience in a Project Management Consulting firmMust have worked on high rise project OR Airport projectAdvanced proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.Extensive knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, and best practices.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Preferred SkillsProfessional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPP (Certified Planning Professional).Experience in cost control and budget management.Familiarity with contract management and negotiation.Why choose AtkinsR alis?Tax-free salary.Life insurance coverage.Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.Paid Annual leave.Company gratuity scheme.Discretionary bonus program.Annual flight contribution.Relocation assistance.Transportation &amp; housing allowances.Employee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, as well as personal health, fitness, and nutrition consulting.Your difference makes a difference.
