This is a truly exciting opportunity for a Midweight Graphic Designer to lead and support a variety of cross discipline projects and to become an influential member of a growing and highly talented team.

Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for HSE Officer to be based in Saudi Arabia. The HSE Officer will be responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of the project to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, best practices, and company policies. This is a critical role that contributes to the successful and safe execution of the project

 Key Responsibilities:

<li>Perform site inspection of work areas, laydown areas, offices, tools, equipment and vehicles.</li>

 Senior Manager - Health, Safety and Environmental

<li>Adhere to and implement AtkinsRéalis internal HSE management system requirements and procedures for AtkinsRéalis site team.</li>

<li>Carry out daily site HSE tours with Contractor HSE staff and highlight findings.</li>

<li>Follow up with the Contractor on outstanding HSE issues, including SEN’s and ensuring prompt closure with adequate evidence of compliance.</li>

 Project Interface

<li>Inform AtkinsRéalis PM/RE with concerns on HSE on site that are not in compliance with the contract documents</li>
<li>Assist/support the site team and the respective PM/RE with the implementation of health and safety management systems.</li>
<li>Assist in the site team in the external and internal audits to ensure the effective implementation of health, safety and environmental management systems and work with the site team for resolution of non-conformance issues.</li>
<li>Liaise with the project supervision team, coordinate and resolve any HSE issues of concern.</li>
<li>Analyse current HSE trends occurring on site and provide recommendations for continuous improvement</li>
<li>Implementation of all health, safety and environmental audits, surveillance audits and work with site team for resolution of non-conformance issues.</li>

 Design Office Interface

 Site Operations Department Interface

<li>Liaise with the SHOA any particular project site related issues requiring input and/or feedback.</li>
<li>Coordinate leave request and discuss leave cover with the SHOA.</li>
<li>Liaise with OMSOD for all HR / Finance / Administrative issues.</li>
</ul>

 Functional Duties
<ul>
<li>Assume responsibility of health, safety and environmental works in the project</li>
<li>Monitor performance of the Contractor / Sub-contractor and identify, raise any health, safety or environmental concerns with the PM/RE or HSE Manager.</li>
<li>Review health, safety and environmental procedures and effectively implement HSE plans across the project.</li>

 Role Purpose
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Digital Delivery / Head of Digital Platforms and oversee the successful delivery, coordination and alignment of digital initiatives and projects. Managing multiple concurrent digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals, optimizing resource allocation, and driving the successful execution of projects in both Waterfall and Agile manner. Working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure that all digital initiatives within the portfolio are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will develop strong program and project management capability across the digital function and all digital initiatives.
 Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li> Portfolio/Program Management: Oversee and manage the portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring successful execution of them and underlying digital projects and solutions from inception to completion. Monitor and report on the progress of all projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets.</li>
<li> Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the leaderships and stakeholders to ensure all digital initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic vision. Evaluate and prioritize projects based on business value, resource availability, and alignment with organizational objectives.</li>
<li> Resource and Capacity Management: Plan, allocate, and manage resources across multiple projects to optimize efficiency and ensure high-priority initiatives are fully supported. Identify resource gaps and work with leadership to address capacity issues or adjust project timelines.</li>
<li> Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks across the portfolio. Develop mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks. Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary to maintain project momentum and delivery schedules.</li>
<li> Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the successful delivery of each solution. Ensure dependencies between projects are well-managed and that cross-functional teams are aligned on priorities and objectives.</li>
<li> Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report key against performance indicators (KPIs) and plans across the solution portfolio to measure project progress and success, value delivered, and overall portfolio health. Provide regular status updates to the stakeholders and leadership team, highlighting project progress, risks, and resource needs.</li>
<li> Capability Development: Design, establish and operate the digital portfolio, program, and project management capability; socializing and educating teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li> Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve program and project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency. Facilitate post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects.</li>
<li> Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial performance for the portfolio, ensuring that all projects stay within budget and deliver expected financial outcomes. Support leadership in financial forecasting and cost-benefit analysis for future projects.</li>

 Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
<ul>
<li>Industry experience in project and program management, preferably within a digital or technology-driven company. Proven experience managing complex projects or portfolios, ideally in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Experienced agile practitioner working in disciplined and scaled environments</li>
<li>Reported to, frequently worked with or accountable to senior management.</li>
<li>Proven experience setting up digital/IT project management office and leading it.</li>
<li>Extensive experience managing complex Digital &amp; IT projects.</li>
<li>Experience in working in a client &amp; project-oriented industry.</li>
<li>Excellent expertise in managing stakeholders of various levels and backgrounds.</li>
<li>Experience in leading project management teams.</li>
