 Key Responsibilities:

<li>Responsible for overseeing the Design Consultant’s design for the public health systems within the city, including potable water supplies, fire water supplies, wastewater networks, stormwater networks and chilled water networks.</li>

 Senior Manager - Health, Safety and Environmental 
<ul>
<li>Adhere to and implement AtkinsRéalis internal HSE management system requirements and procedures for AtkinsRéalis site team.</li>
<li>Adhere to project HSE requirements and implement this to AtkinsRéalis team.</li>
<li>Monitor the compliance of all WSA staff with the applicable safety standards and company’s procedures and bring to the attention of the Project Manager any safety violations by WSA site team for their further action.</li>

<li>Carry out daily site HSE tours with Contractor HSE staff and highlight findings.</li>

The role is based in Jordan or Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. The candidate (he/she) is required to have a minimum of 12 years’ experience working for a law firm or an in-house position dealing with the construction and or utility industry, engineering or manufacturing.

You will support the AMEA business unit in respect of legal and insurance matters relating to engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) projects, major procurements with clients, partners, sub-contractors and suppliers globally, including certain corporate secretarial matters.

The selected candidate will be working closely with the AMEA management team, internal clients, engineers, technical teams and commercial management on all issues relevant to the Company for legal and contract management in AMEA. As the Senior Legal Managing Counsel, you will be responsible for ensuring that all commercial proposals/transactions are carried out in compliance with the Company’s policies and governance rules.

 What will you do?
<ul>
<li>As a pro-active, ethical, business-minded and out-of-the-box thinker, you will research, advise, prepare, draft, review, comment and/or negotiate complex contractual documents, and other relevant legal documentation for local or international EPC projects</li>
<li>Provide legal advice and opinions on risks and related commercial issues analysis;</li>
