Our work environment includes:<ul><li>Loving and Fun environment</li><li>Modern office setting</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Casual professional work attire</li><li>Safe work environment</li></ul>Kiddie Kottage Learning Acedemy is GROWING!!!Duties: - Provide a safe and fun nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Assist with homework and provide tutoring as needed - Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare areaRequirements: - Experience in childcare (MUST), such as babysitting, nannying, or working in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques - Familiarity with infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques - First aid and CPR certification preferred/CDA certification or working towards receiving one. - Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for children with special needs or disabilities is a plus. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and other staff membersIf you are passionate about working with children and providing them with a nurturing environment to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you.
