Job Title: HR Executive &ndash; Retail IndustryLocation: Solapur Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR ManagerJob Summary:The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This includes recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. The role requires strong people-handling skills and a proactive approach to supporting store operations through effective HR practices.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for store-level and back-office positions.</li><li>Coordinate interviews, shortlist candidates, and manage joining formalities.</li><li>Profile Creation and Documentation</li><li>Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.</li></ul>2. Attendance &amp; Payroll<ul><li>Maintain attendance records and leave management.</li><li>Verify attendance reports and assist in payroll processing.</li></ul>3. Employee Relations<ul><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.</li><li>Promote a positive and disciplined workplace culture.</li><li>Conduct regular store visits and employee engagement activities.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain employee records (offer letters, ID proofs, ESIC/PF details, etc.).</li><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws, Shops &amp; Establishment Act, ESIC, and PF.</li><li>Support audits and statutory inspections as needed.</li></ul>5. Training &amp; Performance<ul><li>Assist in organizing training sessions for sales and store staff.</li><li>Track employee performance and coordinate appraisals with management.</li></ul>6. Exit Formalities<ul><li>Manage employee resignations, full &amp; final settlements, and exit interviews.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR / BBA / MBA (HR preferred).</li><li>0 to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or FMCG industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software tools.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Integrity and confidentiality</li><li>Team player with multitasking ability</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Good understanding of retail workforce dynamics</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>6 days a week (as per retail operations)</li><li>Flexible to visit stores or handle shift schedules when required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
