 Mortgage Post Closing Specialist
 
 
 to assist with timely and accurate reviews of closing documents, deliver loan files to investors, and clearing of investor conditions to ensure the efficient sale of loans.  Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Audit and deliver closed loan files to investors
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to address suspense conditions received by investors in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the management of post-closing deficiency reports and gather documentation sufficient for the sale of the loan
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with loan officers, processors, underwriters and closers and any other appropriate parties to quickly and accurately obtain information required to clear noted deficiencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain clear and accurate documentation on the progress and disposition of loan files
 </li>
 <li>
 Acquire a high level of expertise relative to all mortgage loan documentation required to satisfy post-closing deficiencies, including but not limited to disclosures, documents, appraisals, income, and asset statements
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior work experience in post-closing or mortgage operations preferred but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm to learn the mortgage process
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and oral communication skills
