Position OverviewAtlantic Drivers Leasing is seeking a reliable and organized Transportation Manager / Route Dispatcher to oversee daily transportation operations. This role is responsible for coordinating driver schedules, dispatching routes, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring efficient and safe transportation services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable communicating with drivers and operations staff throughout the day.Key Responsibilities&middot; Plan, coordinate, and dispatch daily delivery and transportation routes for all the Horizon Goodwill locations.&middot; Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, updates, and route changes.&middot; Monitor delivery progress and resolve delays or logistical issues.&middot; Maintain accurate dispatch logs, transportation records, and reports.&middot; Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation safety standards.&middot; Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and report mechanical issues.&middot; Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.Qualifications&middot; High school diploma or equivalent required.&middot; Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination preferred.&middot; Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.&middot; Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.&middot; Basic computer and dispatch system knowledge.Benefits&middot; Full-time position.&middot; Comprehensive benefits package.&middot; Paid time off (PTO).&middot; Opportunities for growth within the company.&middot; Supportive and team-oriented work environment.Pay: $54,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
