Position OverviewThe White Oil/Textile Lubricants Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting Atlantic&rsquo;s portfolio of white oils and textile lubricants in Lahore and surrounding regions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the textile industry, strong technical expertise in lubricants, and proven experience in B2B sales.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for white oils and textile lubricants.</li><li>Identify and build relationships with potential customers in the textile sector, including mills, manufacturers, and industrial clients.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring correct usage and application of lubricants.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and proposals for management review.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and long-term relationship building.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of proven sales experience in lubricants, oils, or the textile industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of white oils and textile lubricants applications.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.</li><li>Must be based in Lahore or willing to relocate.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to represent a globally recognized lubricants brand.</li><li>Professional growth and career advancement within the company.</li><li>Supportive work environment with international exposure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
