<div><p>Atlantic Health is seeking a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Web Content Specialist to write and optimize content across atlantichealth.org. This role is central to delivering a seamless, accessible, and engaging web experience for patients, providers, and the broader community.
</p><p>You&rsquo;ll collaborate with cross-functional teams&mdash;including Marketing, Service Lines, Public Relations, and IT&mdash;to ensure content is accurate, user-focused, and aligned with our brand and digital strategy.
</p><p>Key Responsibilities
</p><p>Content Management &amp; Publishing
</p><ul><li>Create, edit, and maintain high-quality, user-centered content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely updates for critical content such as alerts, homepage features, and service line pages.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and formatting across all web content.<br>
</li></ul><p></p><p>Collaboration &amp; Governance
</p><ul><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to support content needs and ensure alignment with digital standards.
</li></ul><ul><li>Train and support decentralized content owners on CMS best practices and governance.
</li></ul><ul><li>Advocate for accessibility, usability, and SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints.<br>
</li></ul><p></p><p>Quality Assurance &amp; Optimization<br>
</p><p></p><ul><li>Conduct regular audits to identify outdated, redundant, or underperforming content.
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform QA testing for new pages and features, ensuring functionality, design fidelity, and responsiveness.
</li></ul><ul><li>Apply WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and ensure compliance with legal and institutional guidelines.<br>
</li></ul><p></p><p>Analytics &amp; Strategy
</p><ul><li>Use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other SEO tools to monitor content performance and user behavior.
</li></ul><ul><li>Recommend improvements based on data insights, user feedback, and evolving business goals.
</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to content strategy initiatives, including personalization, consistency, localization, and content lifecycle planning.</li></ul></div>
<br><div><p>Education:
</p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field or an equivalent of work history and education.<br>
</p><p></p><p>Experience:
</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience managing content in a CMS (preferably AEM); healthcare or regulated industry experience a plus.
</li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to write, edit, and structure content for web audiences.
</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.<br>
</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills &amp; Tools:
</p><ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager, GA4, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.

</b></p><p>Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare systems, is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist at Chilton Medical Center located in Pompton Plains, NJ. Chilton Medical Center is a 260-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital with 653 physicians representing 60 medical specialties.
</p><p>The Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 11 physicians and 4 advanced practitioners. The B&amp;B case mix include Orthopedics, light OB, Urology, General Surgery, Vascular, &amp; Endo.
