In this role, you will be performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease and securing resident lease renewals. A Typical Day:<ul><li>
Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units</li><li>
Following up on leads for potential renters</li><li>
Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified</li><li>
Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations</li><li>
Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues</li><li>
Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service</li><li>

Profile of a Successful Candidate:<ul><li>
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing</li><li>
Proficiency in using Social Media platforms for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances, including using Craigslist, Google and other search engines, and navigating the internet and websites</li><li>
Ability to interact with a diverse group of prospective clients as well as existing residents</li><li>
Strong math and computer skills</li><li>
Strong Customer Service Focus</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, property management software and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports</li><li>
Demonstrated professionalism when dealing with residents, vendors, and colleagues</li></ul></div>
