About the Role
We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Commercial team and play a key role in supporting the development of proposals, budgets, change orders and contracts for both new and existing opportunities. This role is central to helping us deliver high-quality, responsive support throughout the proposal and client delivery process.
What will your job look like?<ul><li>
Coordinating new Request for Proposal (RFP) activity, including proposal development, pricing and vendor quotes.</li><li>
Working with department heads and project managers to build proposal documents and develop pricing for new opportunities using the ECCO pricing tool.</li><li>
Supporting change in scope requests, including pricing updates, work orders and change orders in collaboration with internal teams and Legal.</li><li>
Liaising with clients to develop budgets and pricing for new work, and supporting discussions around service offerings, pricing and payment terms.</li><li>
Maintaining Salesforce and supporting wider business development activity, including market intelligence, lead support and marketing materials.</li></ul>
What will you need to succeed?<ul><li>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Life Science or a related field with proven business development experience, or equivalent education, training and experience as a healthcare professional</li><li>
An understanding of the principles of drug discovery and development.</li><li>
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills, business awareness and the ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and relationships effectively.</li></ul>
