Position Accountabilities
<ul>
<li>Create customer loyalty through needs based conversations in order to deliver a differentiated customer experience</li>
<li>Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, including other lines of business</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proficiency in digital channel technology and ability to educate customers (e.g., Zoom, Appointment Scheduler Tool, Docu Sign, GRO, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM Banking)</li>
<li>Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and external interactions including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions and appointment setting</li>
<li>Acquire new customers through prospecting efforts while maintaining and deepening existing customer relationships</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong individual sales/referral skills to identify and close sales opportunities to contribute to personal and branch sales goals</li>
<li>Promote the branch&rsquo;s overall growth through the development and retention of new and existing customers</li>
<li>Partner with other lines of business in order to identify/refer customer needs (e.g., Mortgage, Investments, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Merchant Services, Treasury Management)</li>
<li>Uncover and provide solutions for lending needs</li>
<li>Serve as a contact for customer problem resolution regarding deposit, credit, and other products and services</li>
<li>Review individual performance via scorecard and other resources and make necessary adjustments to meet sales performance goals</li>
<li>Perform teller functions and cash transactions</li>
<li>Balance cash each day</li>
<li>Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares&rsquo; BSA/AML Policy and Procedures.</li>
<li>Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgement within established limits</li>
<li>Perform complex branch operational duties as assigned</li>
<li>Ensure that all required training is successfully completed</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Organizational Relationship

This position reports to the assigned leader of the branch.

Position Qualifications

Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required, associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year experience in banking or financial services preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year developing customer relationships, achieving sales/production goals, and building referral sources preferred</li>
<li>Previous cash handling experience preferred</li>
<li>Teller experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Customer service experience required</li>
<li>Lending experience preferred</li>
</ul>
Knowledge &amp; Skills
<ul><li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to exercise sound business judgment</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details</li>

Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program. The Client Services Representative creates a positive client relationship by effectively communicating a clear understanding of the benefits of Atlantic Union Bank&rsquo;s products and services.

Position Accountabilities
<ul><li>Represent the Bank to clients, prospects and guests in person, by telephone or by email in a courteous, professional manner.</li>
<li>Greet and provide exceptional service in person and by telephone/email.</li>
<li>Provide accurate information regarding Bank services, products, policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Open new Business and Consumer accounts and provide information to new and prospective clients by explaining and cross-selling Bank products and services.</li>
<li>Partner with other lines of business to identify/refer client needs (e.g., Mortgage, Investments, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Merchant Services, Treasury Management)</li>
<li>Complete forms and other required documents and follow Bank policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Process transactions in person and via telephone/email to include loan payments, account transfers, and address changes.</li>
<li>Perform all duties of a Teller to include:
<ul><li>Provide excellent client experience</li>
<li>Perform basic client and cash transactions</li>
<li>Balance cash each day</li>
<li>Identify referral opportunities to contribute to branch goals</li>
<li>Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares&rsquo; BSA/AML Policy and Procedures</li>
<li>Identify risk and escalate concerns through proper channels</li>
<li>Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, including other lines of business</li>
<li>Ability to learn and adapt to changing digital channels</li>
</ul></li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Position Qualifications

<li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED).</li>
<li>One (1) or more years of experience in a client service and/or a cross-trained teller position</li>
<li>Previous cash handling experience preferred</li>
