 Your mission
 
 
 
 
 
 As an
 
 Administrative Assistant
 
 , you will support administrative processes and ensure compliance with local billing
 
 regulations in Turkiye. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills, experience in administrative tasks and knowledge of local billing regulations. Experience with SAP Business One and proficiency in English are a plus.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 How will you do it?

 Manage and maintain records, documents and filing systems.

 Assist with
 
 accounting and financial administrative tasks
 
 .
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Support internal coordination and communication
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prepare process and monitor invoices and delivery notes in compliance with Turkish regulations.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Liaise with external partners and service providers when needed.
 
 </li>

 What Are We Looking For?

 Education:
 
 Vocational Diploma in Administration.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Experience
 
 : Minimum 1 year in similar roles, assisting with accounting and financial administrative task.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Languages
 
 : Advanced English and Turkish.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Candidates must be based in
 
 Antalya.
 
 
 </li>
