We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts and elevate our agency's success.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on corporate accounts, in the travel and tourism sector</li><li>Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets</li><li>Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities</li><li>Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and surpass targets</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences</li><li>Provide regular reports on business development progress and market insights</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry in the United Arab Emirates</li><li>Proven track record in business development, with a focus on corporate accounts and achieving revenue growth</li><li>Strong network within the UAE's travel and tourism sector</li><li>Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills</li><li>Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)</li></ul>Additional Qualifications and Requirements (As Needed):<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of the Dubai travel and tourism market</li><li>Familiarity with travel software and CRM systems</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate a sales team</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities</li><li>Commitment to providing outstanding customer service</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
