<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The General Manager &amp; SVP, Operations oversees all hotel operations, to achieve planned operational goals and profitability objectives, including but not limited to revenues, operation profits, while maintaining company standards for guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, quality assurance, and asset protection. The General Manager &amp; SVP, Operations will demonstrate leadership and a professional image to colleagues, guests, clients, local community representatives, vendors, and competitors.</div>

Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Hold full accountability for the overall operational and financial performance of the hotel.</li><li>Lead and oversee all departments including Rooms, Food and Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Revenue, Finance, Facilities, IT and Human Resources across pre opening and operational phases.</li><li>Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and profitability through disciplined financial management, forecasting and execution of the annual business plan.</li><li>Monitor key performance drivers including sales, guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, quality assurance and asset protection.</li><li>Align operations, management style and decision making with corporate vision, values, standards and governance requirements.</li><li>Build strong relationships with the owning company and maintain transparent communication on performance and strategic priorities.</li><li>Provide clear direction to the Executive Committee, promote open dialogue and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and high standards.</li><li>Inspire colleagues to deliver personalised and instinctive luxury guest experiences.</li><li>Attract, retain and develop high potential talent while creating an inclusive environment that values diversity and innovation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all government regulations, health and safety requirements, emergency procedures and corporate programmes.</li><li>Safeguard hotel assets through capital planning, maintenance oversight and long term asset protection strategies.</li><li>Represent the hotel in key sales activities, stakeholder engagements and community initiatives.</li></ul>

Skills, Experience &amp; Educational Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required, preferably in Hotel, Restaurant or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum 10 years general management experience in a senior corporate hospitality role preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in luxury resort environments with strong understanding of Forbes five star and Michelin standards.</li><li>Experience managing large scale resorts exceeding 500 rooms.</li><li>Experience with luxury pre openings preferred.</li><li>Experience managing branded residences preferred.</li><li>Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.</li><li>Excellent oral, report writing and presentation skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of large enterprise systems.</li><li>High level of discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Strong problem solving and decision making capability.</li><li>Able to challenge constructively and influence through sound reasoning.</li><li>Pragmatic, adaptable and comfortable leading change.</li><li>Ability to relocate.</li></ul></div></div></div></div><br>
