 Ensure to provide best in class field service at the customer site and represent VTS brands. This can include all service activities from planned maintenance to troubleshooting and commissioning.

 To take care preventive maintenance is done according to provided guidelines and Standard Operationg Procedures with the proper, supplied tools.

 <li>
 Proactively building up customer relationships and spotting of business opportunities whilst being on site.

 Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting either by phone or on site

Workshop Technician

 Your role
 
 
 As a Warehouse Staff, your mission is to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and shelf management processes. You will report to the Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist.
 
 
 You will
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Take an active role in inbound (goods receipt), outbound (shipment), and shelf management processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive incoming shipments, sign the relevant documents, and perform physical checks (damage, missing items, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in unloading goods from vehicles and loading them onto the designated area in a safe and efficient manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pick, pack, palletize, and transfer customer orders accurately and on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet trucks, and hand trucks as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Be responsible for carrying and stacking loads (up to 25 kg) inside and outside the warehouse.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to accurate stock counts and regular inventory checks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the safe and efficient flow of operations by setting up safe loading and unloading processes for vehicles.
 </li>

 Report risks and malfunctions encountered during operations to the Logistics Specialist

 Act in line with the company&rsquo;s quality, environmental, and occupational health &amp; safety management systems policies and procedures.

 You have 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse or logistics role

 At least a high school diploma.
 </li>
 <li>
 A valid Forklift Operator&rsquo;s License (&Idot;&scedil; Makinesi Operat&ouml;rl&uuml;k Belgesi) suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and handheld terminals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems).
 </li>

 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
 
 Junior BI Developer
 
 to join our Business Intelligence team. The role is focused on supporting and maintaining existing BI solutions, preparation of training materials, managing day-to-day business enquiries, and acting as a first point of contact for BI-related requests. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for shared mailbox management, documentation, and the standardisation of existing reports to ensure consistency, accuracy, and ease of use across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving and communication skills who is eager to build their BI expertise in a supportive environment. This is a hands-on role based in India but requiring extensive involvement and collaboration with colleagues across VTBA and the broader Atlas Copco Group.
