We are seeking a Structural Engineer 3 to join our Chicago, IL team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Manages a team a of professionals in the delivery of projects for a variety of clients across the country, focused on quality work and profitable delivery.</li>
<li>Works with leadership to develop a growth strategy and execute that strategy with support from both local office and other regions/divisions.</li>
<li>Creates, develops, and maintains professional, client relationships with Department of Transportation liaisons, and leaders of municipal entities, contracted inspectors, and contractors to facilitate the execution of projects.</li>
<li>Constructs structural engineering designs and modifications by conducting site investigations, identifying and establishing performance standards, and applying the most appropriate structural engineering concepts, techniques, and criteria.</li>
<li>Capable of taking the lead in the design/analysis process and managing engineering project teams.</li>
<li>Improves structural engineering designs by establishing functionality, reliability, maintainability, and durability test standards and performing analytical and numerical quantification procedures and visualizations.</li>
<li>Defines structural engineering design projects by identifying short-term and long-range issues, and preparing timelines, cost estimates, and required resources for issue resolution plans.</li>
<li>Conducts complex calculations relating to foundations and structures, loading, structural response, and connection designs to ensure project specifications are met.</li>
<li>Ensures and supports construction by performing compliance inspections and tests, resolving construction problems related to structural design, and coordinating with construction and production contractors.</li>
<li>Implements processes that help ensure constant organizational compliance with all laws, codes, and regulations that govern structural engineering planning and design operations.</li>
<li>Prepares structural engineering information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.</li>
<li>Demonstrates a culture of intelligence, integrity, and initiative in day-to-day interactions.</li>
</ul>
Minimum requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred</li>
<li>Requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Experienced in developing and managing project budgets and schedules and understanding how to win and deliver profitable work</li>
<li>Experienced managing projects, people and processes working with limited supervision Improves structural engineering designs by establishing functionality, reliability, maintainability, and durability test standards and performing analytical and numerical quantification procedures and visualizations.</li>
<li>Prepares structural engineering information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.</li>
</ul>
Technical requirements:
<ul><li>Professional Engineer (PE) License Structural Engineering License, Required</li>
<li>Adept at digital literacy skills Medium Required</li>
<li>Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Medium Required</li>

We are seeking a Senior Bridge Hydraulic Engineer (Flex Time) to join our Duluth, GA team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Allocate resources and develop schedules for hydraulic engineering projects to deliver within budget and on time.</li>
<li>Develop and review bridge hydraulic studies including 1D and 2D modeling, bridge scour analyses and preliminary bridge layouts; culvert studies; FEMA floodplain and regulatory floodway modeling; coastal and storm surge modeling; design and/or modeling of miscellaneous drainage structures.</li>
<li>QA/QC internal and external hydraulic studies to ensure projects comply with local, state and federal regulations and standards.</li>
<li>Train developing engineers in bridge hydraulics, culvert design and design of additional drainage structures.</li>
</ul>
Minimum requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in civil engineering</li>
<li>10 years' experience in hydraulic and hydrological engineering</li>
<li>Professional Engineering license required</li>
</ul>
Technical requirements:
<ul><li>Experience with the following programs is preferred for this position: HEC-RAS, SRH2-D, OpenBridge, Microstation, AutoCAD, Bluebeam</li>
<li>Experience with FEMA floodway coordination</li>
<li>Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of DOT Drainage Manuals, DOT Bridge Design Manuals and FHWA hydraulic publications</li>
</ul>

We are seeking a SUE Party Chief 1 (LS SUE Technician 3) to join our Atlanta, GA team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Survey field lead for Atlas SUE projects.</li>
<li>Tie into project control and collect QL-B designation markings, poles, sanitary sewer lids, QL-A test hole pins as well as utility features.</li>
<li>Documentation of all survey field work with log books.</li>
<li>Proficiently use CAD software tools and related plugins/extensions as needed to complete scope of work.</li>
<li>As needed work as part of a field crew efficiently and accurately perform QL-A test holes and QL-B designation work.</li>
<li>Must be detail oriented and document all locating procedures and results.</li>
<li>Perform utility surveys using designating equipment.</li>
<li>Prepare complete and accurate utility sketches of the area surveyed for office use.</li>
<li>Perform field investigations to identify all utilities located within the survey area.</li>
<li>Work as part of a field crew efficiently and accurately.</li>
<li>Interface with office staff to clearly convey information and assist with quality control.</li>
<li>Must be detail oriented and document all locating procedures and results.</li>
<li>Meet specified schedules and budgets.</li>
<li>Must be able to work 40-50 hours per week and be able to travel if necessary.</li>
<li>Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs with the help of a coworker, and stoop, bend and stand throughout the course of up to a 12-hour day in varying terrain.</li>
</ul>
Minimum requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and satisfactory driving record.</li>
<li>Pass a pre-employment drug test.</li>

Technical requirements:
<ul><li>Performs Surveying duties for SUE group, assisting Survey group as needed.</li>
<li>Experience working with robotic total stations, electronic data collection and point coding for auto drafting.</li>
<li>GPS, RTK GPS equipment, methods and procedures.</li>
<li>Familiar with Georgia SUE survey standards - preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience with ALTA, TOPO survey - preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with utility designation equipment including VLOC and/or RD equipment, Metrotec equipment.</li>
<li>Experience with designating utility linework and test holes - preferred.</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft Excel skill set</li>
</ul>
