The Location Manager, Associate is responsible for managing daily responsibilities of In-Home Delivery Contract Carrier teams in support of the TopHAT corporate office to promote the achievement of set long-term goals for TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Routing daily routes within for each delivery team.</li><li>
Dispatching 5+ in home delivery teams through multiple stops</li><li>
Customer service: call aheads, call behinds, closing out orders in Descartes/SAP/etc.</li><li>
Consistent commuinication between teams, Client and Leadership</li><li>
Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.</li><li>
Daily stand-up chats with teams before load out.</li><li>
Build relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements.

Qualifications:

What You'll Need:</b></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent.</li><li>
1-3 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of both education and experience are required.</li><li>
Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.</li><li><div>
Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery preferred.</div></li><li>
NetSuite/P&amp;L/DOT regulations experience preferred.</li><li>
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and other outside organizations.</li></ul></div>

About the Internship</b></div><div></div><div><div><br>
The <b>Information Security Intern</b> will work alongside security, privacy, and risk professionals to help protect the organization&rsquo;s systems, safeguard sensitive data, and ensure business continuity during disruptions. This internship is ideal for a student who is curious about how <b>technology, privacy laws, risk management, and business strategy intersect</b>.</div><div>
The intern will gain hands‑on exposure to cybersecurity operations, data privacy, disaster recovery, and security awareness while contributing to meaningful, real‑world initiatives.</div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Assist security analysts with reviewing security alerts, escalating potential threats, and documenting response actions.</li><li>
Support audits of data handling procedures to ensure alignment with global privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), regulatory compliance, and internal policies.</li><li>
Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of <b>Business Continuity Plans (BCP)</b> and <b>Disaster Recovery (DR)</b> procedures.</li><li>
Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate new software, tools, automation, and workflows for security or privacy risks.</li><li>
Help design engaging phishing‑prevention, cyber hygiene, and security awareness materials for employees.</li><li>
Maintain internal documentation, records, reports, and runbooks related to privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, and resiliency.</li><li>
