Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Ensuring top quality work produced. and most of all; safely.</li>
<li>Perform quality sheet metal installation (Projects such as schools, hospitals, multi-story buildings, colleges, new construction, demo, and remodel).</li>
<li>Achieve project's environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.</li>
<li>Willing to train an apprentice to be an effective member of the team.</li>
<li>Reliable Transportation to and from the job site.</li>
<li>Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job per the Superintendents / Foreman Directions</li>
<li>Participate in company provided training opportunities and meetings</li>
<li>Always wear proper PPE and comply with all safety standards and processes.</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in installation of all Commercial HVAC systems and equipment.</li>
<li>Willingness to teach apprentices HVAC Sheetmetal, proper use of tools, and Safety protocols.</li>
<li>Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.</li>
<li>Take personal responsibility of your work and ensure quality craftsmanship</li>
</ul>
Additional Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Valid social security number</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company</li>
<li>Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.</li>
<li>Observe all company procedures and safety rules</li>
<li>Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required</li>
<li>Neat, professional appearance</li>
</ul>
