Primary Duties
1. Consults with users, IT management, and staff to identify and define systems, network, and security infrastructure requirements based on requests or projects for changes, updates, and modifications to network, enterprise applications, and systems infrastructure and security.
2. Coordinates and prioritizes teamwork assignments, providing managerial direction and leadership to team members and other IT staff to ensure achievement of goals and objectives within company policies and procedures.
3. Provides advanced technical support in research, business analysis, and use of systems technology and provides managerial direction and leadership to colleagues and other Information Technology (IT) support staff.
4. Coordinates and finalizes project work plans, development of service request cost and time estimates, and the development of management reports on projects and performance metrics. Ensures network, security, enterprise applications, and systems infrastructure are operating within governing IT policies and service level agreements.
5. Reviews and approves documentation of new or modified systems and networks; provides a detailed description for reference; ensures compliance with governing IT policies.
6. Coordinates staffing levels to ensure proper administration of team related activities and provides guidance on network infrastructure management practices. Trains, develops, and evaluates performance of assigned team members.
7. Monitors team activities and assignment/project progress related to technical information research, analyses, standards development, administration, maintenance, problem resolution, and prioritizations.
8. Responsible for organization and presentation of IT related planning, deployment activities, and performance for regular reviews by IT management. Ensures systems are operating within governing IT policies and service level agreements.
9. Coordinates and approves the use of internal teams, external technical support, and vendor-based support to provide high levels of administrative, problem resolution, and maintenance activities for existing networks, systems, and applications. Ensures projects comply with IT policies and procedures and service level agreements.
10. Coordinates training, technical development, and technical information related to formal/informal end-user, IT staff, and management training to keep team abreast of new and changing industry practices and company policies and procedures.
11. Researches and presents technical information relating to industry practices in IT related disciplines, regulations, trends, and administration processes. Provides recommendations for changes or enhancements to IT management and Enterprise Architecture
12. Acts as liaison with outside organizations and/or vendors in the development of Information Technology programs that enhance and ensure adhere with company policies and procedures, service level agreements, and changing demand.
13. Provides support for the planning and budgeting of enterprise IT infrastructure and environments.
Educational/Experience Level
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and five years of experience in computer programming and operating systems analysis; or equivalent.
Communication Skills
Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information on technical concepts to individuals.
Numeric Skills
Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and simple statistical methods.
Computer Skills
Requires a high level of computer skills to use various software packages as well as a familiarity with hardware configurations to perform systems administration.
Work Conditions
Works in an office environment.
Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.

OT/SCADA Infrastructure Lead Engineer

Primary Duties<br>
<br>
1. Performs legal research in order prepare necessary legal documents including contracts, merger and acquisition instruments, agreements, commitments, franchises, deeds and easements.<br>
<br>
2. Reviews and negotiates all of these legal documents to ensure compliance with legal regulation and that the interests and needs of the organization are met.<br>
<br>
3. Provides problem resolution through the administration of approved solutions and plans appropriate courses of action.<br>
<br>
4. Participates in litigation the Company is involved in, including but not limited to, personal injury, contract and employment matters. Assists Sr Attorney in representing the organization in these legal disputes.<br>
<br>
5. Provides advice and counsel to all levels of management regarding various legal issues and matters affecting the Company, including but not limited to, securities, litigation, real estate and employment.<br>
<br>
6. Coordinates and supervises outside counsel, adjusters and expert witnesses. Develops trial strategy and assists in case preparation and presentation.<br>
<br>
7. Performs general legal research involving various issues and concerns in order to reduce or eliminate liability risks.<br>
<br>
8. Provides legal advice to Company management regarding the development and revision of plans, policies and practices.<br>
<br>
9. Oversees the administration of collecting account receivables, past due bills, property damage claims, bankruptcies and general litigation.<br>
<br>
10. Examines pending and current legislation and advises appropriate parties of pertinent court and administrative decisions.<br>
<br>
11. Performs other related duties as required.<br>
<br>
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<br>
<br>
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:<br>
<br>
1. Doctorate of Jurisprudence and four years professional legal experience.<br>
<br>
2. License to practice law in the state of Texas.<br>
<br>
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:<br>
<br>
Requires the ability to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature.<br>
<br>
NUMERIC SKILLS:<br>
<br>
Requires the ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.<br>
<br>
COMPUTER SKILLS:<br>
<br>
Requires basic computer skills for data entry, reference and/or retrieval tasks.<br>
<br>
WORK CONDITIONS:<br>
<br>
Works in an office environment.<br>
<br>
