Primary Duties<br>

1.Coordinates and acts as a liaison between, the Customer Service Organization and Corporate Human Resources Department. Consults with Corporate Human Resources in resolving issues and problems.<br>
2.Communicates, administers and/or provides assistance to the Customer Service Organization employees regarding human resources related guidelines, policies, procedures and programs such as Affirmative Action, Salary Administration and employee benefits programs, to ensure regulatory compliance and fair and consistent treatment of employees.<br>
3.Serves as a problem solver/mediator in the resolution of human resources related issues, problems and grievances and conducts investigations as warranted.<br>
4.Develops and implements recruitment, employment and planning processes to staff the Customer Service Organization. Monitors employment decisions to ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity Policy and related Federal and state laws and regulations.<br>
5.Ensures the design and implementation of approved training and development programs, including new employee orientation and other human resources related programs and communications.<br>
6.Designs and implements the Customer Service Organization Career Development plan.<br>
7.Serves as a liaison between the Customer Service Organization and enforcement agencies, minority organizations, and community action groups concerned with employment opportunities for respective protected class members.<br>
Contacts local educational institutions as possible sources for employment opportunities.<br>
8.Assists with employment-related claims such as unemployment compensation benefits, EEOC complaints and other related legal matters.<br>
9.Implements policies, procedures and standards to ensure proper administration of activities. Makes recommendations for revisions to or development of policies and procedures.<br>
10.Develops and monitors functional area budgets to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Plans and directs the achievement of area goals and objectives within established company policies.<br>
11.Maintains adequate staffing levels to ensure proper administration of activities. Selects, develops, trains, motivates and evaluates the performance of assigned employees.<br>
12.Performs other related duties as required.<br>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<br>
<br>
Education/Experience Level<br>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and six years of progressively responsible professional experience in Human Resources; or equivalent.<br>
Communication Skills<br>
Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers in order to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information on technical concepts to individuals with experience or knowledge of the technical area.<br>
Numeric Skills<br>
Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods.<br>
Computer Skills<br>
Requires intermediate knowledge of various software applications and computer skills to create standardized documents, reports, or graphics.<br>
Work Conditions<br>
Works in an indoor environment.<br>
Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting<br>
