We are hiring a Site Engineer with a 2 years experience in FIT-OUT in the UAE to oversee fit-out projects, manage multiple sites, ensure quality and timely execution, and maintain effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage Site and supervise on-site activities and labors, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.</li><li>Resolve on-site challenges and report progress to the project manager.</li><li>Manage and oversee all phases of project progress; including planning, design coordination, procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover.</li><li>Coordinate with the office and with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal teams.</li><li>Review technical drawings, submittals, and Finishes to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Managing material deliveries to the site.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, material status, and procurement updates.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution in the UAE.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting interior and architectural drawings. Ability to handle multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong Communication and team management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, and finishes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
