The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, reporting, tax compliance, and risk management while ensuring smooth financial operations within the company.Key Responsibilities:Accounting, Payroll &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and timely filing of returns.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory audits and financial reviews.</li><li>Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, tax deductions, and compliance with labor laws.</li><li>Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely generation, tracking, and follow-up for outstanding payments.</li></ul>Receivable Management, Reconciliation &amp; Accounting Hygiene<ul><li>Ensure efficient accounts receivable management, reducing outstanding dues and improving cash flow.</li><li>Establish and maintain strict reconciliation processes for bank statements, ledgers, and financial transactions.</li><li>Monitor aging reports to track overdue payments and implement strategies for timely collection.</li><li>Maintain accounting hygiene by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial records.</li><li>Enforce strong credit control measures to mitigate financial risks.</li></ul>Financial Planning, Analysis &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.</li><li>Analyze financial data to provide insights for business decisions.</li><li>Monitor cost controls and financial efficiency across departments.</li><li>Conduct financial risk assessments and variance analysis to improve profitability.</li><li>Provide financial planning strategies to support business growth and sustainability.</li></ul>Cash Flow &amp; Working Capital Management<ul><li>Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.</li><li>Manage accounts receivables/payables and ensure timely collections and payments.</li><li>Optimize working capital and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.</li></ul>Financial Reporting &amp; Internal Controls<ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Track and report key financial metrics &amp; KPIs.</li><li>Implement internal financial controls to prevent fraud and inefficiencies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.</li><li>Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.</li></ul>Team Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Lead and mentor the finance &amp; accounts team.</li><li>Work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial guidance.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall financial efficiency.</li></ul>Interested Applicants can send resume on talent@atmsco.in or can WhatsApp on 7700067147Note - ( Candidate who stay in Mumbai , Thane only they can Apply)Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
