Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. Your dedication will help foster positive outcomes and empower clients on their journey toward wellness.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough intake assessments utilizing CANS/ANSA to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Provide targeted case management and skills training services to youth and adults.</li><li>Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health episodes effectively while ensuring client safety and stability.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts, including medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management.</li><li>Provide psychosocial rehabilitation services, medication training support as needed.</li><li>Complete documentation, including progress notes within 24 hours of service.</li><li>Provide services during flexible hours, which may include evenings or weekends.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with coursework equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, counseling, sociology, rehabilitaion, special education, early childhood education, human growth and development, or related behavioral fields as defined 412.316(d) OR</li><li>Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of Texas</li><li>Familiarity with crisis management techniques and crisis intervention protocols</li><li>Strong understanding of Texas Administrative Code TAC related to Targeted Case Management TMC, experience with HIPAA regulations ensures confidentiality and compliance</li></ul>We seek passionate professionals committed to delivering compassionate care through innovative therapies and collaborative teamwork.
