About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR Manager with at least 1 year of HR experience to oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a positive workplace culture and align HR practices with business goals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.</li><li>Support payroll processing and attendance management.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism.</li><li>Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate performance management systems.</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs for employees.</li><li>Assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and HR documentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role (generalist/HR executive/HR operations).</li><li>Good knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources management: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
