Location: Hamriyah FreeZone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates Industry: Storage Tanks / Fuel Tanks / LPG Tanks / Industrial TanksWe are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager specialized in tanks to lead and manage the leasing of fuel and storage tanks across the UAE.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage leasing operations for storage tanks (fuel)</li><li>Identify and develop new leasing opportunities and clients</li><li>Negotiate leasing terms, pricing, and contracts</li><li>Coordinate with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety requirements</li><li>Oversee contract renewals, extensions, and client relationships</li><li>Monitor tank utilization, availability, and profitability</li><li>Liaise with authorities and clients for site approvals when required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in leasing tanks or industrial equipment in the UAE</li><li>Strong understanding of tank applications (fuel)</li><li>Knowledge of UAE market practices and regulations</li><li>Ability to manage multiple clients and contracts simultaneously</li><li>UAE experience is mandatory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1.00 - AED100.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Al Hamriyah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
