We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Operations Head to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This leadership role involves developing business opportunities, managing storage and distribution, and ensuring operational excellence across all logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop new business opportunities through marketing and sales initiatives to achieve turnover and revenue targets.</li><li>Strategically plan and manage logistics, exports/imports, warehousing, transportation, and customer service operations.</li><li>Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle from procurement to delivery.</li><li>Liaise and negotiate with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport companies, and suppliers.</li><li>Monitor and track key logistics metrics including quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Oversee warehouse management, local and international shipments, and ensure smooth processes.</li><li>Resolve operational challenges, complaints, and logistics issues promptly.</li><li>Supervise, coach, and train warehouse and logistics teams to drive performance and productivity.</li><li>Ensure cost-efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution of logistics operations.</li><li>Maintain KPIs, analyze data to assess performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Dubai Customs, Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) regulations, and all other relevant laws.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Proven working experience as a Logistics Operations Head or in a senior logistics management role.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.</li><li>Strong record of success in logistics and distribution management.</li><li>Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in standard logistics and supply chain management software.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated CV along with a passport size photograph.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
