 Role Summary
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 The Senior Executive Assistant is a high-impact role serving as the primary strategic partner to the COO. This position combines executive-level support with broad&nbsp;operational oversight &mdash; spanning IT infrastructure, marketing&nbsp;operations, and financial administration. As a "force multiplier," you will&nbsp;identify&nbsp;operational gaps, manage complex projects, and ensure the COO is positioned to lead effectively. No task is too small, no project&nbsp;too&nbsp;big or complex.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Executive Strategy &amp; Communications
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide comprehensive COO support through proactive&nbsp;calendar&nbsp;orchestration, time management, and&nbsp;high-level inbox management, including triaging and responding to correspondence on behalf of the executive.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft sophisticated communications for senior executives and&nbsp;manage&nbsp;critical outreach to high-value clients across the semiconductor ecosystem.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct deep-dive research and prepare briefing materials for client meetings, conferences, and business development opportunities.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end coordination of complex travel&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;across multiple time zones &mdash; often with shifting itineraries, time-sensitive bookings, and last-minute changes.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a sounding board for leadership, providing recommendations, solutions, and feedback to&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;operations&nbsp;and&nbsp;executive&nbsp;productivity.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;trust-based relationships with the internal team and top-tier clients, serving as a professional point of contact on behalf of leadership.&nbsp;
 </li>

 IT &amp; Infrastructure
 
 &nbsp;

 Oversee the organization's IT ecosystem, including vendor management, procurement, software licensing, and IT service provider relationships.&nbsp;

 Serve as&nbsp;an&nbsp;internal expert for Microsoft 365 and Teams while managing data and workflows within CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics).&nbsp;
 </li>

 Financial &amp; Marketing&nbsp;Operations
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage&nbsp;procurement&nbsp;workflows, accounts payable, and&nbsp;operational budget tracking. Ensure rigorous expense tracking and financial record-keeping via Concur.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive marketing&nbsp;operations&nbsp;including&nbsp;LinkedIn outreach strategies, digital presence, and coordination with remote contractors. Lead or support brand refresh initiatives to ensure consistency across all external-facing materials.&nbsp;
 </li>

 Recruiting Support

 Support the recruiting process through LinkedIn and candidate generation tools, coordinating pipelines, scheduling, and onboarding documentation in partnership with leadership.&nbsp;

 Required Qualifications
 
 &nbsp;

 Minimum of&nbsp;5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility supporting C-Suite leadership&nbsp;and leading strategic&nbsp;operations&nbsp;initiatives&nbsp;(Executive Business Partner, Executive&nbsp;Assistant, Executive&nbsp;Operations&nbsp;Manager).&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success providing executive support&nbsp;while managing&nbsp;multi-stream&nbsp;operations&nbsp;projects in a startup, family office, boutique firm, or nonprofit environment where adaptability, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity and an intense pace are essential.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record&nbsp;of crafting&nbsp;high-level correspondence on behalf of&nbsp;C-Suite executives,&nbsp;with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences and high-value stakeholders.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert-level:&nbsp;Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Concur, Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM systems&nbsp;i.e.&nbsp;Salesforce) and IT procurement processes.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Reside&nbsp;in the Greater Seattle area&nbsp;
 </li>

 BS/BA Degree&nbsp;
