What Impact You Can Make
 
Drive adoption of AtriCure’s Cryo Nerve Block Therapy for acute post-operative pain relief in cardiothoracic and other procedures involving the chest wall.
 <ul>
<li>Develop, implement and execute a strategic business plan for a designated territory to achieve assigned objectives</li>
<li>Continually identify new customers, contacts and opportunities</li>
<li>Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to build upon and grow the base business</li>
<li>Identify and educate key health care professionals that manage post-operative pain in the hospital setting</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate customer visits, educational programs, procedural observations, proctoring, and relevant tradeshow participation</li>
<li>Form relationships with hospital administration to understand hospital dynamics; develop and present the value proposition of the therapy for administrative buy-in</li>
<li>Work closely with the Director of Sales to implement and execute strategies to achieve corporate objectives</li>
<li>Responsible for satisfying the requirements for hospital account and credentialing processes</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience</li>
<li>Specific knowledge and selling or support experience related to post-operative pain management is an asset</li>
<li>A documented track record of successful sales quota achievement</li>
<li>Strong clinical and technical aptitude</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills; the candidate must enjoy and excel at personal relationship building</li>
<li>Problem-solving / trouble-shooting skills</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 40-60% depending on territory size, location and market conditions</li>
<li>Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes</li>
</ul>
