 About the Role:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
 
 Accounts Payable Specialist
 
 to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, the Accounts Payable Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records, providing valuable insights, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in completing transactions related to vendor payments and expenses, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners and vendors.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Invoice Processing: Verifying and processing invoices to ensure they are accurate and authorized
 </li>
 <li>
 Payment Preparation: Preparing and processing payments to vendors, adhering to payment terms and deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and vendor information
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconciliations: Reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports to ensure accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Discrepancy Resolution: Investigating and resolving discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Vendor Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with vendors and addressing any issues that may arise
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Salary: $65,000 - 85,000
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Applicable knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and MS Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with various software applications and best practices
 
 
 </li>

 Specifically, you will:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assists in examination and treatment of patients, performing miscellaneous delegated duties under the direction of clinical practitioners
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet members in a professional, warm and courteous manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Takes vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts. Perform EKGs and other diagnostic tests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draws blood from patients and prepares specimens for screening, analysis, or other medical purposes. Assembles equipment, such as tourniquet, needles, disposable containers for needles, blood collection devices, gauze, cotton, and alcohol on work tray, according to requirements for specified tests or procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist practitioners with procedural exams
 </li>
 <li>
 Document rooming process which includes members' history, medication, allergies, screenings, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Cleans and sterilizes instruments
 </li>
 <li>
 Help with ordering of medical supplies and inventory tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other position-related duties as assigned, including some administrative tasks as needed

 Requirements

 High school graduate or GED required
 </li>
 <li>
 Successful completion of training at an accredited Medical Assistant Training Program
 </li>

 A Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited organization is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years Medical Assistant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong phlebotomy skills including. pediatric experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 BLS certification required
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills
