Position Overview:
The Brand Specialist will help tell our story, grow our audience, and connect with homeowners and talent across our communities. This role will focus on creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and driving brand awareness for our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service divisions.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, etc.) aligned with company goals and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>
Capture and curate photos and videos of technicians, installations, customer testimonials, community events, and promotions.</li><li>
Write creative, brand-appropriate captions and posts that drive brand awareness by expressing promotions, company culture, and a compelling employment brand.</li><li>
Monitor social channels for comments, messages, and reviews and respond promptly and professionally to build positive engagement.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Recruiting, Operations, and HR) to promote brand efforts including market expansions, hiring campaigns, and community engagement.</li><li>
Plan and execute paid social media ads to increase leads and engagement.</li><li>
Manage Agency and Promotion Partner commitments and deliverables to ensure appropriate reach and engagement.</li><li>
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates) to optimize future content.</li><li>
Stay up to date on social media trends, competitor activity, and new tools or platform features relevant to home services.</li><li>
Assist with occasional website updates, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
13 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.</li><li>
Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to tone and detail.</li><li>
Prior experience in an agency environment, preferred.</li><li>
Basic photography and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).</li><li>
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).</li><li>
Understanding of home services industry or direct to consumer business model a plus.</li><li>
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Position Overview:
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing supplier purchasing activities and supporting Atriums national supplier program. This role ensures timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services at competitive pricing, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and driving purchasing consistency across all Atrium locations. The Procurement Specialist plays a key role in optimizing cost structures, enforcing procurement standards, and supporting both field and office teams with accurate, efficient, and compliant purchasing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Purchasing &amp; Order Management<ul><li>
Review and ensure compliance with purchasing agreements, standard SKUs, preferred supplier lists, and pricing structures.</li><li>
Track bulk orders, delivery timelines, product availability, and backorders to meet operational needs.</li><li>
Resolve supplier issues such as pricing discrepancies, defective or missing products, and delayed shipments.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date vendor catalogs, pricing files, product lists, and purchasing records.</li><li>
Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure alignment on materials, approval flows, and process requirements.</li></ul>
National Supplier Agreements<ul><li>
Assist in the evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of national supplier contracts that support multiple geographies.</li><li>
Analyze purchasing activity to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier consolidation, and pricing optimization.</li><li>
Support the rollout of new national programs and monitor compliance with agreement expectations.</li><li>
Track vendor adherence to KPIs, pricing commitments, and service-level agreements.</li><li>
Work with site leaders to drive consistent adoption of national purchasing programs.</li></ul>
Vendor Relationship Management<ul><li>
Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national suppliers to ensure reliable service and product availability.</li><li>
Participate in vendor performance reviews to evaluate pricing, delivery accuracy, quality, and responsiveness.</li><li>
Hold suppliers accountable for late deliveries, incomplete orders, quality issues, or noncompliance.</li><li>
Source and evaluate new vendors as needed to support business growth, product availability, or cost reductions.</li></ul>
Data Management &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Maintain accurate procurement documentation, supplier files, and master purchasing agreements.</li><li>
Generate reports on purchasing activity, cost trends, supplier performance metrics, and contract compliance.</li><li>
Provide purchasing insights to Finance and Operations to support budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>
Identify anomalies or inefficiencies in spend patterns and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul>
Process Improvement &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Recommend improvements to purchasing workflows, approval processes, and inventory standardization efforts.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with Atrium procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.</li><li>
Support ERP/purchasing system enhancements, including testing and training of procurement modules.</li><li>
Partner with Accounting to ensure invoice accuracy, proper coding, and timely payment processing.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelors Degree or a combination of related experience and technical training.</li><li>
24 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management experience.</li><li>
Strong vendor negotiation and relationship-management skills.</li><li>
Experience in industries with large SKU inventories or long-tail purchasing activity preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency with ERP or purchasing systems; advanced Excel skills required.</li><li>
Strong analytical ability with comfort working with cost, pricing, and supplier performance data.</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and locations.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment with competing priorities.</li><li>
Self-starter with strong follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
