 Detailed KRA and Skills</b></h4>

 Key Responsibilities</b></p>

<ul><li>Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and compliance filings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support drafting of notices, agendas, minutes, and simple agreements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate board meeting documentation and follow-ups.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct basic research on Companies Act, and applicable corporate laws.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support ISMS documentation, audits, data security compliance, and process tracking.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in reviewing contracts, legal documents, and operational follow-ups.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide support in B2B collection documentation, customer follow-ups, and reconciliation coordination.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders for compliance and documentation needs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with general administrative, legal, and secretarial tasks as required.</li></ul>
</div>
<p><b> Skills Required</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>Eagerness to learn and adapt across compliance, legal, ISMS, and operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Basic understanding of corporate and secretarial compliance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools (GMeet, Teams).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally.</li></ul>
